Sue Frost
Sue Frost earned an Associate of Science degree from Pacific Union College in 1976. She is a former Registered Nurse – California Certified Emergency Nurse.
Sue is a Real Estate Broker (Licensed in California) and former full-service Mortgage Banker, business owner for 36 years and real estate investor.
Sue is a community volunteer and was elected to Citrus Heights City Council in November 2012. She served as Mayor of Citrus Heights in 2015. In November 2016 Sue was elected to Sacramento County Supervisor District 4. She was re-elected in 2020 and is currently the Chair of the Board and serving her second term as Sacramento County Supervisor.
Jack Frost
Jack Frost is a former Full-Service Mortgage Banker who sold his mortgage operation and servicing in 1993 and 1995 to Centex Homes and Mellon Bank (respectively).
Jack has been a business owner and real estate investor for over 40 years. He is currently the Executive Director for Sacramento Taxpayers Association.
Jack is an American Veteran, life-long entrepreneur and small business advocate.
Dr. Kathy Allard
Dr. Allard has been a practicing Psychologist in the Bay Area for over 34 years and specializes in trauma-related disorders.
She had been active with her local psychological association in San Mateo County, providing advocacy leadership in California, serving as Governmental Affairs Chair for many years, in addition to being a Political Action Committee member with the California Psychological Association. More recently, she is actively involved in advocating for psychological and public health awareness in response to the effects of lockdown restrictions in Sonoma County, where she now has her practice. She is passionate about empowering others through knowledge about public policy, and the harms that the lockdowns are causing — overdose deaths, suicides, trauma, depression, anxiety and adjustment difficulties in addition to devastating economic repercussions. She is particularly concerned about the younger populations who have been affected by academic and social disruptions in their development. Dr. Allard is very pleased to be become part of the leadership team of the Gorilla Learning Institute, where she can continue to effect positive change in a world environment that appears to be threatening many of our freedoms and quality of life as we knew it prior to 2020.
John Sullivan
John Sullivan is President of Rancho Murieta Properties, LLC. He is a longtime developer of hundreds of custom homes in the Sacramento Region. John is owner/manager of the Murieta Inn and Spa and the Murieta Equestrian Center in Rancho Murrieta, CA.
Kelly Lawler
Kelly Lawler is a professional campaign treasurer for candidates and committees. She has worked for local, state, and federal committees for over seventeen years. Kelly has owned and operated The KAL Group since May of 2004.
The KAL Group manages all facets of a campaigns and committees reporting and compliance needs. Kelly currently serves for treasurer for over 35 state, local and federal candidates. She also works with numerous state and federal general purpose and super PACs.
