The Re-Grant Fiscal Sponsorship is our way of growing our mission quickly, while helping others do the same.

What is a Re-Grant Sponsorship?

The Re-Grant Fiscal Sponsorship approves a specific "Project" and the relationship between Grantee and Sponsor is specifically for the purpose of soliciting and receiving gifts, grants, contributions and other revenues (collectively, "donations") and distribution such funds to the Grantee, subject to Sponsor's oversight, to be used exclusively in support of the Sponsored Project.

The Sponsor does not assume responsibility for the Grantee, their business activities and employees. The relationship is specific to the project and the project must align with Sponsor's mission and goals.

  • You have tax exempt benefits without the cost of starting your own non-profit. GORILLA is a 501c3 and donors receive a tax deduction.

  • You manage a single re-grant project under GORILLA, but your company and employees and business entity remain with you.
